Hello Everyone!
After looking at all the options, I have decided to switch my blog over to Tumblr. This steams from my recent love and obession with Instagram and I relized I enjoy making a lot of small posts through out the day rather then trying to write a long post. Tumblr's iPhone app is much more user friendly compared to Blogger's app and the fact that I can sync up my Instagram posts make it even better. Blogger is still a wonderful platform, and there are plenty of things it does that Tumblr doesn't that I will miss, like the fact that Tumblr only allows you to follow other Tumblr accounts. So I'm now on Bloglovin and will follow all of you there.
I'm keeping this blog here and have included my RSS feed from Tumblr so that links to my posts will show up here, and who knows maybe later I'll want to go back to Blogger!

Work in a Work Out
It's January which means everyone is trying to stick to their New Year's resolutions, the most common one being to get in shape. Some days you find yourself out of time to go to the gym or for a jog so I thought I would share my favorite quick and easy cardio work out that you can honestly do anywhere.
I got it from Muffin Topless. I love her website and Tumblr, so inspiring!
50 jumping jacks
5 burpess
30 seconds of mountain climbers
5 jump squats
30 seconds of jump rope
10 push ups
30 second break
Repeat this 3-5 times (adjust according to fitness level)
I'm telling you, you will feel the burn!
