Calm Monday Morning






Since today is MKL day there are no classes which means I got to have a nice relaxing Monday morning before work. I started my morning off right by doing this core challenge from Tribesports. I found it on Pinterest it's a great way to wake up and get your body ready for the day and it only takes about 15 minutes!
Then I drank the first of what will be many cups off coffee and had a pear Chobani (best flavor EVER).

Work in a Work Out

              It's January which means everyone is trying to stick to their New Year's resolutions, the most common one being to get in shape. Some days you find yourself out of time to go to the gym or for a jog so I thought I would share my favorite quick and easy cardio work out that you can honestly do anywhere.
I got it from Muffin Topless. I love her website and Tumblr, so inspiring!

50 jumping jacks
5 burpess
30 seconds of mountain climbers
5 jump squats
30 seconds of jump rope
10 push ups
30 second break

Repeat this 3-5 times (adjust according to fitness level)

I'm telling you, you will feel the burn!
