I got this idea from The Forge, I saw her post about avocado grilled cheese and it sounded to good not to try. The best part is I had an avocado that I needed to use!
I used muenster cheese, avocado and tomatoes and it turned out wonderful! This combined with tomato soup and a fresh salad made for a very yummy dinner.
